When will my order be processed?
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Once processed, please allow 1-2 days for our carrier to update your tracking information before it goes live. Kindly note that we don't ship on weekends.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Due to COVID-19, most orders arrive in 4 to 26 business days in the US, UK, CA and AUS.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?
It is normal for our items to come in separate packages. In order for us to provide you with the quickest shipping speeds, we house our products in different warehouses.
Looking to track your order?
When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from email@example.com with your tracking number included in it.
Depending on the product ordered, the e-mail could take up to 7 business days to be sent. Once you receive the email, follow these steps to easily check on your delivery status.
1. Visit the website: https://www.17track.net/en
2. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email.
3. Click the “Track” Button
Things to Keep in Mind:
- Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should updating within a few business days.
- Depending on the destination, the order may take 4 to 26 business days to be delivered.
